Life Story:
In 2005 when frank was born he grew up in a area called Peckham (Uk) he was often know to be a good footballer in school he was also smart in maths and would often get better grade than his class mates. He would often bully kids for not being as good as him in football. he had a lot of friends but sometimes he though he was being miss communicated and felt like he was being betrayed. he was still interested in school He carried on with his A levels where then he decide school wasn't for him and he wonted to be more of an active person since he played a lot of football in his free time so he was looking for something new.
Career Story:
After a long deep thought frank starting working for FIB as a OO agent where everyday he was gaining more experience within the organisation under the leadership of "Luke Vilgeroarson" where he was a very active member within the organisation and it was time to achieve bigger goals as Frank was a guy who wouldn't stop until he got what he want it was that determination in him which made him better and smarter than the other officer in the law enforcement. Frank after being in an accident he unfortunately had to step down after (he broke his wrist ) after a long time Frank smacks came back into the law enforcement to achieve the best he could and maintain his rank within the FIB organisation which he is really proud of until this day.
Outcomes:
1.Frank can take bribes from 10-15 to release them from prison (max.100K)
2.Frank can give out classified information to gang and family (max.100k)
3.Frank might refuse to give his 10-15 a lawyer.
4Frank is able to try to break bodycams of his victims. (/try can only be used 2 times per situation).
5.Frank likes to buy his stuff the cheapest possible. He often goes to the Black Market to buy/sell personal guns (NO ORG GEAR!)
6.Frank might tell his 10-15s to drop him their illegal items as a bribe.(guns, ammo, illegal body armours etc).
7.Frank can drive any car off road(Once there isn't any Non rp driving)
8.Frank can sell or use guns he picked up from the ground even if it was illegal. (XXX Weapons)
9.Frank can rob and kill in ghetto with family and friends (within server rules)
10.Frank likes to support his family so he might help them out in events.(will not go against loes)
