Upon giving more than 3 pullover requests, they didnt comply to pullover,
So I followed them to where they went,

I was gonna fine them for Insubordination and incompliance

They gave a 5 sec demand, but if you count IRL, It was never 5 seconds in actual, she didnt even count the numbers and started shooting

She claimed to be going for a event, But she could have stopped and told, But she never braked

As you can see I tried Pull him over and even engine block, but they clearly werent complying, So after we had a stop, I tried checking vin number and issue them a fine for insubordinance / incompliance, they decided to pullout a gun and shoot without the countdown.
