In the city of Los Santos, there was a time in the late 2000's. A youngster named Federrico was born at an estate. Federrico had understood from the beginning that you shouldn't trust strangers. When he eventually went to sell items for his parents, he approached what he initially believed to be a typical "home," but as time went on, he quickly grew to regret his actions. His father had always warned him not to put his trust in people, but because he was curious and narcissistic, he persisted. And later found himself dragged into a gang, learning various things from experienced members who were marked as Most Wanted by the Federal Authorities, years later went onto finding jobs at Legal Orgs which was merely suprising due to his conduct, even leading one of them for some time, and gaining his status. But Federrico had seen to much to be able to change his viscious ways. He was taken into "Ballas" at a young age and forced to join the dark side. Federrico at the time had little options, therefore he was obliged to conduct heinous crimes, including murder and robbery of innocent people, in order to support himself. He had a difficult and trying time. He however, took matters into his own hands because he had strong determination and a brave attitude. A few years went by, Ballas had lost its high status, many of whom he knew left to find work elsewhere but Federico remembered he had old friends who were Officers of the Local Police Department, he spent many terms there first joining in the term of Ronan Quinn, excelling swiflty, Federrico got Leadership of the PD and throughout this time, he was able to balance his evil self with the characterisitcs he was born with. His leadership finished and moved on. Federtico had a difficult and trying to move on. He however, took matters into his own hands because he had strong determination and a brave attitude. His father was a retired war veteran, inspiring him to finally follow his fathers footsteps and he had seen too much to fail in his escape. But things didn't work out, or at least they only partially did. The good news is that he was able to be enrolled into the National Guard by the General Hooli Who but the bad news is that he retained all of his corrupt, evil knowledge. As they forced him to choose corruption, he realised it was best for him because it allowed him to finally follow his desired career.
Outcomes:
1) As Federrico had a criminal history and his friends and family are mostly bandits, he can participate in any criminal activity.
2) If Federrico Feels threatened or senses trouble, he can kill the alleged person and use the /try to and find and destroy bodycams.
3) Due to Federrico’s hunger for money and riches, he can buy and sell weapons and drugs (Not ORG),
4) Federico can accept bribes up to 100k, this could be to remove someone from prison (Using Darknet only), reducing sentence or fines or if he has hatred towards them, he can increase their sentence to his satisfaction.
5) Since Federico is afraid of revealing his identity, and wants to keep classified as an Army Solider, he does not need to show his ID when required too.
6) Federico can pickup and use illegal weapons from criminals to his advantage.
7) As most of Federrico’s friends and Family are criminals, he can be oblivious (blind eye) to what they do around on the streets.
8) Since Federico has a hidden radio on him 24/7, he can use it to talk and listen off duty.
9) If Federico is in a situation where he feels he is going to get in trouble, he can kill them, or get away from them (if they are leos) on or off duty.
10) As Federico is a Solider and Acts tough towards everyone, if there is someone who he despises, he can intimidate them verbally, not being over the top toxic and keeping in mind of the rules of communication of the server. And General Rule 6.10 / 6.19.
