He was in the base and trespassing so we shot him and cuffed him but due to black magic he could still run, then we shot him again and cuffed him and took him to DOC. There were no lawyers available so he said he would call private attorney and when we uncuffed him he had CL. This was no mistake as u can see in the video he came back again and had CL again. So this was intentional. This is also Fail Rp. People like this just ruin the roleplay.
