Hi Lebron,

I'm confused about why my account was banned for sharing. I haven't been active on the account for even two months. However, I did access my account from three different IP addresses because I had to travel to different cities to collect documents for my higher studies in the past month, including January. I don't think it's fair to ban me just for accessing my account from different locations, especially since it was for personal reasons. Can you please check if there is a problem with my account on PC?
