1. Why do you want to become an admin?
I believe I have had enough experience with Server EN01/EN03 to be able to confidently state that I am familiar with all of the regulations, whether they are documented in a book or not, as well as the general mechanics from my time as a leader and deputy leade.
I feel I have the confidence and drive to take on such a role and take things to a new level because I have experience with a wide variety of RP scenarios and have advanced highly in practically every org.
As an administrator, establishing a clear RP is my main objective.
The scenarios I came across weren't always the best when I was experiencing them.
Regardless of the conclusion or how it played out, I want to help instill confidence in other individuals.
Considering there are players who speak different mother tongues and may not understand English very well, my ability to speak and comprehend other languages will be very helpful when administering because communication is essential in roleplaying and I want to make sure that nobody is left in the dark.
Another factor is that I arrive at different times throughout the week due to my timezone. This is advantageous because there may be periods when the administration is less present, which encourages rule-breakers to exploit the situation. Additionally, people who require assistance may be delayed, leading them to run around and possibly get into trouble because no one was available to assist.
My ability to learn things quickly picking up new tips and understanding in depth is vital whilst administrating, i have adapted to this IRL since being an engineer, being taught this from the ground running comes in great effect.

- Fast Minded, Can work through pressure and doesn’t give up, i try my best for everything i do.
- Communication - I can speak clear english as well as understanding other languages, communicating is key in RP, want to make sure everyone understands what is being said.
- Self Control - Keeping it cool and calm in tense situation, working against frustration
3. What are your weaknesses?
- Keeping Schedule with timing
4. Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin? Yes
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin) Don’t posses one so yes
