1. Why do you want to become an admin?
I want to become admin because im matured with the talking I do and I also like calm people in situations so i can handle them easier but that won't bother me even if they are toxic i can still manage situations calmly and I'm friendly with everyone who respects me or even if they don't im not here to fight or beef with people im here to help the newbies where they can start a new journey of GrandRP and show them the basics with my skills and opportunities i have experience the last few months or i can say a year now. Not everyone finds me as a good person but I always help newbies, show people how to start a new journey in a gang or whatever i have experienced so they can enjoy playing more and more not just quitting after getting RDM-ed but i make the city fun to them.
2. What are your strengths?
1. Im learning new things from admins.
2. Im fast responder to every report even if they need only a small little help.
3. Im honest with people and i show them how i feel about them but i don't show too much negativity as a human everyone deserves chances.
4. Im friendly to toxic people and i try to calm them down in different situations.
5. Kindness
6. Quick learner it took me 3 months to made my first 20mil by doing too many activitys and experiencing organisations.
7. Im good at listening or taking decisions but i always request help before giving out punishments.
8. I know different languages as Albanian, English, German, Russian and a little Arabic.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
1. Its hard for me to take decisions because i always ask people with help.
4. Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin?
Yeah from what i went through and took me about almost a year to experience everything im ready.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)

6. Any IRL issue or Situation that is Preventing you From being Active at the moment?
Nope i go to school but i make sure im active evenings and weekends always everytime requested.
I might have punishments because everyone is human and do not control themselves on different situations but yeah i can say i change couple months ago.
