Dear Moderators,
I am writing to appeal my ban. I was banned on 02.03.2023 for violating General Rule 1.9, but I want to clarify that I did not intentionally evade any rules.
The items that were found in my possession were given to me by a friend who was leaving the city permanently. That was not any kind of buying or selling to evade tax and all. I did not have any intention of breaking any rules and was not aware that these gifting process were against the rules of the server. I understand that ignorance of the rules is not an excuse, but I hope you can consider the circumstances under which I acquired the items.
I take full responsibility for my actions and I promise that I will not violate any rules in the future. I have been an active member of the community for a long time and I have always tried to follow the rules to the best of my ability. I understand the importance of maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment for all players and I assure you that I will not do anything to compromise that.
I request that you reconsider my ban and give me a chance to prove that I can be a responsible and productive member of the community once again. Thank you for your time and consideration.
