I had a problem with my rockstar games launcher. I searched it up on internet then I find a solution (to download a app called cloudware) so I started to use it. It was changing my network settings and also my parents are divorced so sometimes I go to my father to stay here and I have different setup there. I wasnt sharing my account with anyone.
