2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
# Experience! I'm quite experienced if it comes to orgs. I have worked within the LSPD, FIB, NG as Chief of Staff. And am now the Attorney General for the Government. I always wanted to go for a legal org leadership, but never got it because of reasons. Since I am already in a pretty active family, which is friendly with 3 other big families.. The people told me why not go for Bloods so we can all get together and become THE most active org in the city.
# Leadership Skills! Everyone that has worked WITH me, knows my leadership capabilities. I know how to stay calm in situations, people tend to listen to what I say when I speak, and I quickly recognize talents within other people. Therefore, I think I am capable of not only running an organization but also having the right persons fill out the right roles. I am planning to try to do two terms as Bloods leader.
# Roleplay Improvement! I know I can improve the roleplay, which I already proved in my other roles. But as a leader of an actual organization, I will most likely improve it even more. I have some really cool ideas which I would like to implement. To really get a ''gang'' feeling within the Bloods gang.
# Implementing new ideas! Not only am I really looking forward to leadership, I also have really fresh ideas that I would like to try. So the focus is not only to be active and do the mandatory events, but also try to do nicer events like terrorist acts in the city, colliding with other gangs to do a takeover on state buildings. Hold up certain key points and more.
# Cops vs Robbers! The clash between law enforcement officers and criminals is something I always loved in the city. I think we can get more things done here. For instance, when taken hostages, I wont be asking for max price each time. If a good negotiator comes in with some logical explanation like that we are surrounded and our chance of not getting caught is really low, I would be willing to let hostages go for free passage. Hostages are not taken specifically for money anyway, but to get done with the robbery as well.
# Live the criminal life! I have worked with almost all legal organizations, but a lot of friends always asked me to go join the bad side. I wanted to get leadership for a legal org but that never happened. So, 2 birds with 1 stone should be the way to go! Go criminal and take a leadership position!
3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in the organization.
# SuWoop! Work like an actual gang. Hierarchy will be something really important. The individuals appointed as leaders within the organization are expected to let the gang members put in work, be active, get hostages, attend the events, and just be a bad ass criminal. I want the Lieutenants to be the leaders within the gang, and make the Soldiers work like they would in a real gang. No funny business, just straight up GANG BANGIN'! So, you want to get a higher position within the org? Commit some crimes! Proof your worth as a blood gang member.
# Recruitment! Not only will the recruitment process be something we care about, because whoever wants to join needs to know the server rules as much as possible, the recruitment process will involve actual RP as well! A true gang recruit needs to be hazed. So, it's not only: what is meta gaming what is NLR what is power gaming.
# Activity, Activity, Activity! First of all, I would get everyone from a couple of families in my gang. So we got good numbers already. Next will be a bonus system/ranking system and more just to get people to actually be active. I will make sure the events are attended, good RP situations are done, multiple criminal activities will be done and more. Bloods will become THE biggest in the city.
# Be a menace! Trying to keep the Law Enforcement Organizations as busy as they can be! Practically forcing them to constantly being on patrol in ghetto, making the ghetto area a dangerous area to enter, taking hostages and actually demanding reasonable things, raiding the FZ base, and even going to create events like taking over the capitol building! I plan to do at least 1 really big event in the city if I can do a term.
# Organized Crime! Its time all gangs can become one again in certain situations. If another gang is strong like us, we could set up a meeting, create a cease fire for a day for instance, or certain other agreements. Its good to come together with the heads of other orgs to make some more RP moments.
# Legal Work! Am slowly also getting involved in the nightlife of San Andreas. To have gang members protect the doors and be security, looks like a really nice RP moment. We can make deals with other people that require protection from a more... free thinking group.. then the LEO's.
I have even more ideas which I would like to implement that we can talk over in an interview. Kindly reconsider the lack of effort. Not only me but a lot of others are looking forward to me being the Bloods leader!
