2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
No1: I would like to be the leader of Marabunta as of: I think I have great leadership skills. I will guide all of the members of Marabunta to be the Number 1 gang on the city and Make Marabunta the most dangerous gang in the city also a strict gang. {Making a good name on the city for the Marabuntas}
No2 :I have always wanted to be part of something big and this is my chance, I will make sure that the gang is pretty active, I will organize the gang for the events, Store Robbery's etc. {Organizing the gang}
No3: I have always wanted a fair treatment for all members in gangs, when i was in gangs the low rank members did not get anything hardly made money! I will make sure that everyone is treated equally, everyone will get the same payment from all events equal bonuses etc. {Making sure that everything is fair for everybody and no one is left out!}
3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in the organization.
No1: I will try to make sure that everyone does good RP and if someone does fail RP I will try to make sure they RP-it out. { If fail Rp they Rp-it out }
No2: I will make sure everyone does good RP on hostage situation, and does normal things not like shooting cops and saying sorry. { Doing Normal things and not impossible things }
No3: I will make sure that everyone stays professional and does not do stupid or goofy things. { Staying Professional }
