I could not understand that if someone using illegal skin how can i report him with MY POV its impossible of course i need to use his POV for reporting him. It was the wrong thing and i still thinking using hit effect that big how its not illegal i mean i could understand the other hit effects they are using for seeing nice to their eyes but using that big hit effect i think its gives advantage and not fair.
