So Negi denied my thread for "DOJ can't Request an Adrenaline shot since they don't participate in events or help other leo in gun fights.
2.2.2 Other State Organisations or Departments of Government are not considered Law Enforcement Agencies but may be empowered under law to take specific actions within their jurisdiction. These include the National Guard (NG), as well as representatives from the Department of Justice (DOJ) and officers from the Department of Corrections (DOC)"
DOJ can attend events or help leos in gunfights as they are law enforcement, civil servants. For if a global is dropped DOJ can attend to the global as officers' lives are in danger. Furthermore, when I was asking, for addrellion shots I was asking as GOV and not doj, and DOJ is a branch of government. Also, if NG requested shots, EMS wouldn't be allowed to give them shots according to what Negi stated. Also where the law, it doesn't state who EMS is allowed to give shots to.
Furthermore, the law Code of Civil Producture it states "16.5 Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
16.5.1 The Emergency Medical Service reports directly to the Governor.
16.5.2 Each event must be attended by at least one ambulance.
16.5.3 The Chief of EMS has the right to establish the rules for the provision of medical services and the sale of medications, although must stay subject to compliance with the current legislation and the absence of massive complaints from citizens.
16.5.4 All EMS personnel are required to provide medical assistance to state citizens, in the exception of situations where there is a threat to the life of an EMS employee. "
Why this is important because it states "16.5.2 Each event must be attended by at least one ambulance." I stated for them to send a unit to give shots at the central bank which they know is for an event. I believe that this should be re-reviewed by the Senior Curator of State as I don't believe Negi gave the correct decision.
