Quite simply, the moderator can say that the gang should file a complaint in the forum, and then calculate the guilty person

1 on POV is not green zone
2 even if it was green zone u should report them and not violate rules
3 and no admin should not stay 24/7 personally on new to watch from BEGINNG till end every your rulebreake
4 PS u get also 180 minute of mute for mixing in RP
