1. Leader of
FIB
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- I always wanted to have a leadership position. FIB seems like a great place to do this. Since I have a lot of experience within legal state orgs, this seems like a logical next step in my roleplaying. I would love to take the leadership and try to take FIB to the next level with my experience and leading skills.
- FIB is actually the org with one of the most responsibilities in the city. They ''lead'' the other orgs when it comes to crimefighting. Have a lot of power and need to put in quite a lot of work. Thats why I want FIB to have someone that knows how to deal with stuff like this. It's time that someone takes charge that KNOWS how to take charge. Someone of age. That can set ego aside and provide the best service to the city regarding fighting crimes!
- I have a lot of people asking me to take leadership. So, I'm not only doing this for myself, but also to try to get the whole group in one place and have some fun with them. Almost all of them have a lot of experience as well. Most of them are grownups and really nice people. We would love to teach more people good roleplaying and have awesome experiences!
- I think FIB is also responsible for most of the negotiations, hostage situations, investigations, undercover work etc. Doing those kinds of things require a good amount of RP experience to provide all parties with the best possible enjoyment. Leading this is something im really looking forward to.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
- Having a good FTO department is key. Getting people in is easy, getting good people in is a bit harder.. But getting people good will ensure that getting good people in is possible! So the main focus will be educating agents to become full fledged FIB agents! I will make sure the FTO is really active and experienced enough to take charge of training the new commers. There will be multiple ''stages'' that agents need to pass for instance to get promotion.
- The internal affairs will make sure that everyone in FIB behaves accordingly.
- There will be special training for certain agents. For instance, negotiators will go through a training to become negotiators. Special Operations will consist of people that know how to take charge in shootouts and events. Undercover agents will get undercover training. I want specialized departments with individuals doing specialized work.
- FIB doing actual FIB work. FIB should not focus on traffic, should not focus on speeding cars.. No they should focus on the bigger criminals. Doing investigation work, going out and interrogate people. I have not seen an interrogation in all the time that I have been in this city, ever. For instance, when someone catches a gang member, that they actually interrogate them. Have them on bodycam snitching on their fellow gang members, use that as evidence for a gang raid.. Stuff like that should be more done.
I have lots of other ideas which I would love to explain in an interview.
Kind regards,
Dray Ottoman
