Dede grew up in a wonderful place called California he has so much fun and enjoy the time spend there until one day gangsters robbed us and killed his parents and after that tragedy Dede decided to join the law enforcement team and build a career to protect and serve the citizens he apply to the FIB got accepted then he was trained and started off his career as a FIB Agent and build his way up the ranks then he got wanted to try new things so he went to LSPD was offered deputy Chief he had a wonderful time as deputy Chief and then after that he went back to FIB to his home place where his career started and has been there for the past time and has goals to achieve great things working at the FIB .
Outcomes:
1- Dede can take bribes up to 100k.
2- Dede can take bodycams off of officers and civilians and smash them with (/try only 2 times)
3- Dede can use a gun without a serial number and not leave a trace.
4- Dede can become a hostage if he is bribed, up to $100.000.
5- Dede always has a hidden radio on him.
6- Dede can kill people on/off duty if they don't comply with his demands.(Wont break Gen Rule 6.15)
7- Dede can reduce jail time sentences, remove a person off the wanted list or even let them walk free if he decides to (Only friends/family members or people he really Likes)
8- Dede can plant illegal items on people and frame them. (If there is a proper RP reason)
9-Dede can do any kind of illegal activities only while OFF DUTY (Will follow server rules)
10-Dede can take weapons off of criminals and use them for personal use.
11-Dede can off-road in appropriate vehicles.(but no vdm or non rp driving)
12-Dede brings his ID everywhere to help him in situations.
13-Dede can process others without reading Miranda Rights.
14-Dede can process others without confiscating weapon.
15-Dede Has a hidden bodycam in his glasses which is recording 24/7 (Using proper RP commands)

17.Dede can carry and use FIB equipment off-duty (can carry only in backpack and not in car's trunk and use equipment only for FIB purpose, not personal).
