First of all I love this org very much. Also I would like to make this org even better by increasing bonuses. By doing that many people would like to come and join this org. The list goes on and on and i cannot be here explaining everything.

I will increase the amount of state waves and hire as many people because if I hire more people they will spread that what is done in this org and also I will make the rules a lil more strict
