Great Greetings,

I was blacklisted from leadership many months before. I am apologetic for my behavior and if you would allow, I would like to return to leadership positions. I am trying not to break any rules of server and trying to improve. I would be grateful to you if you remove me from leadership blacklist. I wish for it to be forgotten about and it will obviously never happen again. All I ask is a second and a last chance.

Don't see any thing that mentioned you are blacklisted from Leadership!
only Reason of Rejection is your Punishment history as far as I see, if you are blacklisted the admin will mention that you are blacklisted from being a leader.
