Here I've been punished for RDM. But it was not RDM. I gave demands of 5 seconds for him to leave and then shot him.

The panels aren't visible there because the panels are right behind his house. He had initially seen me locate them and chased me with a gun.

I then got out of my van, gave demands and killed him.

In the minimap if you look I'm right around his house. And if you look at the time, it's just 3 minutes apart and his corpse was on the other side of the fence.
