He was overspeeding, SO after given requests, He try to run from scene in gz, so I had to shoot him out, And He was under his car but his hands were clearly outside the vehicle as in POV for my eyes, So I cuffed him, Rammed the vehicle above him to give medical attention, When I was gonna detain him, He took combat log.

ID 87951 will receive a verbal warning for not handling the situation correctly.

When shut down the car you had a chance to tell him to get out or break the window or open passenger door to tase him out the car, you didn't have to shoot him out.

IDs 95663 will receive a punishment for GZR 1.3 & CL
