Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1. I want to be the leader of the FIB because for far too long I feel that fib has been run wrong and has had issues with corruption and misconduct. I have worked my way up from Field Agent to all the way to temporary director of FIB and Deputy Director. My organization will consist of 4 departments, the first one will be CID. This department will be a crucial part for conducting gang and crime family raids. They will work together and I will try to get in at least 4 casefiles a week. Next department will be Human Resources, this department will take care of training and promoting newly hired FIB employees. I will also have IA and Spec ops. IA will take care of Internal Affairs and managing the org internally so there is no corruption going on. Spec Ops will be the ones leading events such as Aircraft Carrier, Bank Protection, and especially ghetto patrols.

2. Second, I'll check to see that no one is being given preferential treatment within the organizations. In previous FIB terms, I have observed that inexperienced individuals frequently achieve very high ranks as a result of their peers' high positions, such as Chief of Staff or Head of Department. Favoritism violators will be blacklisted from the organization and I will inform other organizations as well, letting them know that this individual is trouble and shouldn't be employed again.

3. Last but not least, I'll make sure that everyone in FIB acts professionally. From what I've seen, many employees don't take their positions seriously. They are shooting their weapons and punching each other around in the garages, which is poor roleplay. I'll see to it that everyone acts appropriately. Additionally, I want to have fun with the FIB team and frequently give them bonuses so they have something to look forward to when they put in hard work.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
My advices for improving roleplay level in this organizations are
1. In order to conduct roleplay at a higher level, I'll make sure my organization uses more commands like /me /do /try.
2. I will also make sure that my employees are following server rules so they arent getting demorganed and getting warns that could possibly lead the org to warns.
3. I will also cycle threw inactive employees so my org is always active.

you have been given a plenty of chances in interview and you failed all of them
Learn about server rules, server functions and spend more time in the server as a player to learn all things in the server before applying to become a leader​
