I will help people learn easily and faster because learning faster is the key to perfection and if they even have a query I'll immediately solve it and also I'll make such a team who is always ahead to help anyone. For eg, when I was in FIB as an employee before, I literally had to beg for training but still nobody approached me, so I will not let this happen again to any beginner.
