Dear Bobby Pluxury

I am writing to appeal the decision to include me on the leadership blacklist ( I didn't even get a chance to be a leader ). I understand that my behavior and actions may have been seen as inappropriate or unprofessional, but I believe that the situation warrants a second chance and that I have learned from my mistakes.

I acknowledge that I may have made mistakes in the past, but I am willing to take responsibility for my actions and make amends where necessary. I am committed to improving my leadership skills and demonstrating a positive attitude and work ethic.

I respectfully request that you reconsider your decision and give me the opportunity to prove myself as a valuable member of the leadership team. I am willing to work closely with you and other leaders to address any concerns and rebuild trust.

No blacklist on leadership side on you, how ever the factor of Lack of Trust is there for the simple fact of what happened and what you got involved in.
