1- i want to ensure that gang is active at 24/7 as i dont see anyone robbing stores or doing activity at all it so i try to be active as possible
2- everyday we should do at least 1 store robbery and 1 gunstore robbery each day
3- everyone have to work hard for rank exeptions can be made
4- everyone have to follow rules no matter who failure to will lead to verbal warn up to fire (depends on the satuation)
5- giving max bonuses if i see everyone active and good activity within the org at least once a day
6- should focus on turfers and graffiti team

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.

1- Checking all members one by one if anyone breaking rules as well as if anyone complain to me while in hq
2- To ensure theres no toxicity within members of org
3- Should watch all members behaviour how they behave and follow the rules
4- Should remind everyone or rules everyday
5- participate on all possible events Cland and battleship and etc.
