(Only) my main got banned for GR 1.9, Let me explain what may have triggered this...
My ID 23426, I brought that ghetto house from auction for the price of 1.7m, i brought it with my little bros help, he gifted me some money. please check logs for this. we asked admin at that time if we can gift each other money and they responded "YES, Limit is 5m a day".
I believe he gave me like 200k or sooo....anyways that house is primarily mine.
i then realised i dont need a house so i sold it to my lil bro for the state value... $140k and the rule which i surely checked with admin that you can sell for 50% of state value or the original state value. i sold it to him for $140k (Original value) and didnt bother with houses or the in game currency system and focused on the events.
I later brought this house back as i needed space for my guns and ammo as YOU MAY ALREADY KNOW the leos in city are sooo odd they search cars and confiscate without a RP reason which is why i feared to put my weapons in a car and brought the house back from him. for sate value following rules, even asked admins then and they said its okay.
It might be odd my my lil bro all ways gives me money as gift because he knows i got bored of the currency/wealth function in this server and much prefer the pvp aspect more. We have this within RP... i am the underworld guy and hes more of the legal team kinda guy...
As i needed money i sold the house to a trusty family member as a form of mortgage he would give me 140k or i think it was more but he gave me money by buying the house for state value and he would utilise the house and make profit from the garden until i paid him of for the house which i wasnt able to do so, i told my lil bro to buy it of the family friend and later when i have money he can sell me the house. he agreed and there was no issue.
i am assuming you have banned me for this recent transaction...my lil bro won 400-600k from a server admin event for the first time and when he was playing he told me that if he wins he will give me 200k and i said "no, dont bro buy a house from auc as it cheap now and they sell for state value". He later then told me to step out of my car and gave me 200k... which i then said wait hold on... i owe you 140k for the house lets go ghetto and let me get my house back as i need space for my loots from robbing.
Whilst i was inside my house my lil bro said "bro some guy gave me a lot of dice" and he said "lets play for 50k" and he ended up playing with the casino and lost lmao...anyways we played and i won 50k at first, then he said double or nothing...i won 100k and i laughed then we did double or nothing again and he won i believe, if not then i think i gave the money back as we just wanted to try it.
This is the whole story of my house in ghetto... have i avoided tax? No, I brought it from auc, and i brought and sold the house for the state value... did i give anyone money so that they can avoid paying tax? no i sold the house state value...
is the house significantly valued than its state? no
i brought the house opposite with my twink for a grand ticket and 140k from another player... bare in mind literally no ones buying grand tickets as there was a dup glitch and you couldnt get GC from it anymore. almost all ghetto house are going for state value now a days.
GR 1.9 : It is forbidden to evade our systems of selling/buying. If you evading TAX(e.g. selling/buying/trading house/items/cars/clothes for 1k and then taking money) | Ban 60 days
i did not evade the system, i followed it every time i sold and brought it back.
I did not give anyone the house for less than state value and never took cash from them in means of evading the system.
I believe this is a very simple RP complication and i can understand why you have punished me as many abuse this.
I hope you understand where i am coming.
