1. Leader of Federal Investigation Bureau
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1) I want to be the Director of the FIB because I believe it has been managed improperly for an excessive amount of time and has had problems with corruption and misbehavior. I have advanced through the ranks from Field Agent to Temporary Director of FIB and Deputy Director, and I know the org from the lowest to the highest ranks.
2)There will be four divisions in my company, with CID as the first. This division will play a key role in gang and criminal family searches. They will collaborate, and I will make an effort to complete at least 4 casefiles each week. Human Resources will be the following division; it is responsible for training and advancing freshly recruited employees. I'll also have Standard and IA operations. Internal Affairs will handle these matters and manage the organization directly to prevent misconduct. Spec Ops will be in charge of operations like slum surveillance, aircraft carrier protection, and bank security.
3) I was an author and a co-author of many of the changes brought to FIB last term, and those changes had an impact on improving the hierarchy structure, and quality of RolePlay, and the organization started doing a lot better after those changes. With this experience, being creative, and being good at leading teams and making decisions I know I should be the next leader of FIB
4) I would like to be Director because, I Have multiple changes in mind for FIB a example is more respect among All Organisations, Some of these changes will be changing the ranking structure and then changing the departments and upgrading them by bringing in experienced people that I trust and know have the knowledge to carry this job to the best ability.
My experiences
As a Law Enforcement Officer with extensive experience in holding high-ranking positions across various organizations, I have developed a deep understanding of the complexities involved in successfully leading a team. A key lesson I have learned is the importance of collaboration and cooperation between organizations, which I know can lead to achieving better results for everyone involved. As a leader, I am committed to fostering a culture of teamwork, transparency, and accountability, and I believe I have the skills and experience necessary to effectively manage a team, delegate tasks, and make difficult decisions. I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of this community, and I am confident that my leadership abilities and values make me a strong candidate for this leadership position.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
1) What I would change to improve the RolePlay level in the org is to make a unified training system, which will introduce players new to Law Enforcement to quality RolePlay, encouraging them to use /me and /do commands in a wider array of scenarios, Not only that but i would also make it easier to train the New Agents by Gathering Bodycams and showing them Bodycams for a example of how to do it correctly.
2) The second piece of advice for improving the RolePlay level in the org is to create more new events inspired by real events in Police departments. For example, different kinds of training, including but not limited to driving in a convoy, hostage negotiations, and Shooting exercises. Aswell as i will try to orginise events with other Orginisations like a event with LSPD.
3) Build trust and relationships: Collaboration is built on trust and relationships. Take the time to get to know the people and culture of other organisations. Participate in joint activities and initiatives to build trust and foster relationships.
