2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I wanna be leader of SAHP because i have a good experience in SAHP as well as all legal orgs. I have worked with Elon Moose ( former leader) as assistant sheriff and i have performed my duty very faithfully with no strikes. SAHP is a org which i can relate to and can be a best sheriff for it as per experience.
Leadership is about collaboration and inspiring others to do their best work. I aim to be direct and collaborate with my team members by delegating tasks,helping them in their tasks and inspiring them to do their best of the potential. I have a capability of taking risks and will measure my achievements through team works which is most important.
I wanna make some changes in SAHP like all officers should go on patrol instead of just two standing at hqs for selling license plates and insurances. They will get huge bonuses for going patrolling because people think that in SAHP u can only earn money by standing at hqs and selling things. This will help to change mindset of people also.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
There will be no favouritism in the org and everyone wll recieve ranks on basis of attending events and being active in org. Anyone who tries doing favouritism will be directly fired and blacklisted.
I would conduct test every week to update the knowledge of my officers and helping in doing roleplay more perfectly and anyone who fails the test will be given training again .
There will be a regular check on car trunks and officers to avoid corruption and also the logs will be checked daily for good activity. This will be handled out by IA.
I will make sure that there are good numbers in night also because i have seen that, in night the leo orgs are little less active. The people who are working in night will get more bonus and rank ups .
