Alvaro got to know a gangster with some time he began hanging out with the gang member more often, who later brought him to a gun shop to teach him how to operate a weapon. When it came time to dividing the loot, they got into a heated disagreement over who should receive a larger share. So Alvaro shot him in a fit of rage, Alvaro panicked and threw his body into the water. Although it didn't take the FIB long to locate the body after 911 reports of gunshots, they did study camera footage and managed to capture Alvaro's face, leading to Alvaro's 5-year arrest. His parents didn't want to see Alvaro again when he was released from prison. Alvaro returned to the streets after reflecting for some time. Alvaro started in LSPD from the bottom under Chief Rodrego Verlice. Rodrego helped out Alvaro with a clean heart from his first case. After some time Rodrego term ended with tears on Alvaros eyes after they rejected him for a second term. Alvaro was devastated about the Board when they rejected Rodrego and waiting for the new Chief hoping that it was a good one...
Alvaro didn't know that his new Chief Of Police was Oghi Flann.. Alvaro and Oghi had there differences.. But Alvaro didn't like Oghi whatsoever and decided to be corrupt to make it harder for Chief Oghi.
Outcomes:
1. Alvaro can go ghetto off duty and kill to remove stress and rob people.
2. Alvaro Can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without identifying myself with the ID and without a lawyer
3. Alvaro Can take weapons from criminals that he takes and is able to store them
4. Alvaro can leak information to gangs.
5. Alvaro Can take 100k max bribes or illegal items.
6. Alvaro can search suspects and leos for their body cams, and destroy them by smashing them on the ground. (using /try 2 tries per situation)
