Hello, I am writing this report to address what I believe to be an unfair decision made by Nathan Pluxury regarding my Unofficial Application for Sinaloa.
Nathan stated that the reason for rejecting my application was "too much toxicity from family, we remember Raymond/Larry." It's worth noting that this was one person out of the 700+ members in the family, who was removed from the unofficial leader position almost two months ago.
I'm not sure who'll be reading this but most likely Alex first so I will address this report to yourself.
As someone who has experienced managing a large group of players, such as in EN#1, I'm sure you're aware that it's natural to have a small percentage of troublsome players who don't follow the rules or make mistakes. Sinaloa, being the number one family on EN#1, covering almost 8-10% of daily concurrent active players, is no exception.
I acknowledge that there have been some previous troublemakers within Sinaloa over the 1.5 years of its existence, of which have already received the appropriate consequences for their actions and we are actively trying to enforce the rules we have set out in the unofficial application.
I respectfully disagree with Nathan's decision to reject my Unofficial Application, as it appears to unfairly penalize a significant number of players who have nothing to do with the previous issues involving the previous unofficial leader.
Therefore, I request that you reevaluate my Unofficial Application for Sinaloa and take into consideration the larger context of the situation & server.
