Early life:
Andrew grew up in the countryside of Los Santos, where his father owned a small mechanic shop. However, their peaceful life was disrupted when a corrupt investor arrived, saw the potential of the town, and turned it into a resort. The investor gained favors from the mayor and slowly took over the town by using his allies to intimidate and scare the hard-working people. After months of harassment and forcing him out of his business, Andrew's father was found dead, and Andrew was forced to live on the streets of Los Santos. He eventually got involved in the drug game and saw the opportunity to change his life. However, he was later betrayed by a friend and was arrested during a drug deal.
Fortunately, Officer Smith saw potential in Andrew and took him under his wing. Andrew was shown how to become a cop that played both sides, and he eventually cleaned up his act and went back to school. With Officer Smith's help, Andrew was able to get into the police academy and work hard to become a cop. Through his struggles and experiences, Andrew learned that no one was coming to help him and that he had to make his own opportunities in life. With the help of a mentor and his cleverness, he was able to turn his life around and become someone who could make a difference in his community .
Career Story:
After he finished evening school, he decided to try his luck at the police academy at the age of 18 and succeeded at his first attempt of passing the exam because of cleverness and his deceiving skills, therefor did Andrew get accepted into the SAHP. With his previous knowledge of guns and shooting experience he was looking into becoming a member of S.W.A.T. People noticed that he was doing quite well at S.W.A.T And he quickly went through the ranks. Only after 2-3 years of hard work he became captain of S.W.A.T. not long after another that officer recognized his work he got an offer from Sam Hoblos, Sam Offered him a position as Deputy Head of Undercover. And with such great promotion and responsibility there comes a bigger paycheck. This position came with increased pay and Andrew’s love for money made him accept this proposal.
After two successful terms there came a new Sheriff, and her name was Kaii Fox. She quickly noticed the work that Andrew has been contributing to the department, she decided to offer Andrew Chief of Undercover and the paycheck increased even more. Andrew had no other choice then to accept this. Two successful terms more, Andrew got offered a new position as an Chief Of Staff, but never felt that the salary ware quite enough to make an living.
Due to Andrew’s opinion of all the underpaid LEO’s and knowing the struggles of being poor upbringing. Andrew has decided to choose the path that officer Smith from his younger years showed him. Andrew has chosen the path of corruption, and path that is going to help not only himself, but others as well.
OUTCOMES:
1. Due to Andrews poor upbringing and his needs for security, Andrew can take bribes in the form of money (up to 100k) or illegal items in exchange for their release.
2. Due to Andrew’s previous connections to the criminal activity can Andrew pay informants to get information that benefits him or the org.
3. Due to Andrew opinion of how the poor are often turns to criminal activity, Andrew can lower, raise (up to 100k) and/or remove fines and prison time as he feels fit.
4. Due to Andrew’s opinion on LEO’s salaries are extremely underpaid, the need for security and to share his fortune with others in need can Andrew steal weapons and ammunition from dead criminals and trade the items on the black market (no org weapons and no looting in gun fight)
5. Due to the financially appealing aspect of criminal activity Andrew can participate in any criminal activity
6. Due to Andrew’s deceiving and deceitfulness can Andrew listen in and use the radio while off-duty.
7. Due to Andrew’s past with Mr. Smith, he will only do what he thinks is morally right or wrong (CCOP, firearm law, Penal Code, procedure for detention and arrest procedure)
