He was following me from long before hitting my vechile trying to provoke or bait me and trying to get me in a chase or something.You can see and decide whether it's good or something is bad in it.I left him ignored him multiple times but he still kept coming back and following again and again.

I was Evade the police and trying to dispute a ticket I felt was wrongly issued and this officer wouldn't talk and continued to try and pressure me when the only crime I initially committed was wreck less driving I couldn't go to station or anything because they had multiple units camping so I couldn't dispute at station
