2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-I have experience working with life invader and I always loved doing this job becouse i have been the co-leader of lifeinvader for 3 month in the italian server and i want to work in lifeinvader as a leader also in this city
-Since there are many people in the city, there are even lots of ads. I will ensure that all my staff members are working and that all the ads get checked correctly. Also, I will ensure that my staff is never stressed out. I will change the things that are not working and improve the things that are working making them better.
-I speak fluent English since I live in the United States and I have great communication. All of the staff members will know what to do and if they don't understand I will spend some time with them so they understand their assignment or what they need to do correctly. Since I already had experience being the co-leader of life invader I know how to keep everything organized and together.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
-I will make sure that all of the employees that get hired know all of the rules perfectly so that Life Invader avoids issues.
-All of the ads will be published and there is never going to be an ad pending for a long time because I will make sure that all of the staff is always working and that we have a large staff so that if some players are not active there will be always someone publishing the ads.
-My staff will always be awarded for their hard work and dedication at Life Invader and they will be compensated each work in a correct way
