Dear Alex, Dear Georgina,

I wanted to apply for an unban appeal. According to General Rule 4.1, I served my punishment time of 60 days. However, when I try to login into the game it looks like I've been given permanent ban. Could you please check and if possible unban? As said before, and saying again now in this post, sorry for my act before in game which I know it was ugly and stupid act, hence I am sorry for that.
