Growing up:
Rubik growing up only had 1 father and no mother, his father would push him to go outside and learn about the city to gain street smarts. Rubik's father was a criminal but a horrible one at that. He would attempt to rob People and LEO's But fail miserably resulting in being convicted for his crimes. After Rubik Saw this he became disgusted with his fathers actions and disappeared until his father came out of prison. The Same day His Father Founded the "Ballas'' Street gang. On the first day he was recruiting members and saw his own son. He was wearing full blue when he realized what that meant it was too late and he had been shot and assassinated.

Starting adulthood:
When rubik Finally Turned 6 in December of 1968 he stood down and quit being the Deputy Leader of The Marabunta street gang. On his Last day the gangsters respected him so much They did not even think about killing him for "Betraying" The gang like they did with many others. Once he walked out of the marabunta HQ Jobless He decided to put his feet down to start a new better life.
Career Story: After clearing his name in shady business deals he met a kind man named oghi flann who he managed to forge documents to about being The EX General of NG and being The EX Chief of Police, So When Oghi was elected as leader of lspd in the annual leader election Rubik asked him To be his major, oghi reluctantly agreed. After this rubikstarted working a good legal job as the major, but he got bored. That's when his evil thoughts of corruption, deception, lying and terrorism were released. After this event Rubik Has developed an addiction to being a criminal and started fighting with 2 alter egos, after 1 of them took over his mind completely he once again takes on a life full of corruption and crime.
Outcomes:
1 - If Rubik sees People on the dark net who needs to be broken out of prison he will help them.
-5 Rubik wants to support the gang and supply them with money so he will take bribes (Up to 100k)
-6 Rubik Will Release any detainees who are his friends or from the gang.
-7 Rubik Can Sell Illegal items in Black market (No Org Items)
-8 Rubik loves killing in the ghettos of the city so he will go there and kill people off duty
