2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
--> I have lots of experience in both legal and illegal organizations. I had been High Command in various gang terms. I had been former under deputy in Marabunta, Ballas and Vagos (currently HC in EMS).
--> Being the leader of Families gang will give me the chance to use my skills and expertise to lead my members in successful gang activities like store robberies, FZ raids and clandestine shops on regular basis.
--> To make sure that the gang functions properly everyone that wishes to be recruited to the gang will be interviewed first. I will not have biases that could cloud my judgment or influence my decisions.
3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in the organization.
--> According to my research, the ghetto seems very less active these days due to the high prices of guns. I will provide free guns to all my gang members, so they can clap more and the ghetto is once again active.
--> According to me, all the members are important to the gang. I will listen to all my members for their suggestions in various situations so that they also feel like a part of the gang.
--> As we see state organizations giving more bonuses to their employees, I will also provide bonuses to all my gang members for attending various gang events.
