In the dark night a boy named Hexton born in the street of chamberlain hills (HQ of Families gang). His mother was OG(Deputy) of the gang and his father was the leader. Hexton was his first and last son. As the gang was so active they were rich and happy one day a rival gang named the Ballas Attacked them at night Families lost so many of there members including Mom, dad of Hexton, There was no leader. So his brother named "Sweet" was chosen to be the leader of families gang. After Hexton grew to 21 a new gang named The Motorcycle Gang tried to invade them, But Hexton was there to stop it they successfully stop Motorcycle Club and invaded and scenes then They became the Lost Motorcycle Club. But Hexton's Brother Died in the situation and Hexton Took the lead of the gang, Suddenly in a peace full night Hexton was sleeping with him family. But it was not the same after 2 min. The FIB, NG, LSPD, SAHP arrived at there HQ. Every single gang members were sleeping they look for Hexton's and his family and They kidnapped them. Then NG launched nuclear on the HQ and killed all gang member. They took Hexton as Hostage and forced him to work for them or they will kill his family. Scenes then Hexton was lost and a new guy arrived in SAHP named "Amir Vella" .

So as his life story he was a gang leader but Government took him and gave fear of killing his family so he joined SAHP. There was a guy named Rao Dev in SAHP who was member of families gang. So they knew each other. They had a great talk and rao was undersheriff so he offered Amir Chief of Staff. Amir accepted his offer and became a Chief of Staff. But the sheriff knew the truth of Amir so He didnt wanted amir to be a COS. But rao convensed him and said his skills. Amir was able to track location of any criminal. Hack into there device and also he was master of controlling nuclear weapons. He showed sheriff his skills and made the sheriff his friend. One day he saw a girl name "Amelia" in SAHP so he got crush on her as Amir was handsome amelia also liked him. After some days they fall in love and married. One day a corrupt n FIB suspected Amelia to be a part of the Vagos. But Amir knew that Amelia was a women who was part of Air force so there was no chance that she is a gang member. But at last they gone to the court of DOJ. Judge was about to say that Amelia isnt guilty but FIB instantly gave the judge bribes and made her guilty. She got Death Penalty. After that the goverment killed Amirs old family to for supporting a guilty person. Amir wanted to take revenge and he is still waiting for that day to take the perfect rivenge.
Outcomes:
1- Amir can reject to provide lawyer to 10-15 without asking in department.
2- Amir is immune from every state law (In short outlaw)
3-Amir can do any kind of illegal act(Rob. Murder, etc)
4-Amir can leave 10-15 and do prison breaks for them for bribes.(Maximum 100k)
5- Amir is classified in pda and can talk in different voices to avoid raveling his identity.
6- Amir can sell or use guns he picked up from the ground even if it was illegal at Black market.
7- Amir can give fake witnesses.
8-Amir can break bodycam and go pro cam of any legal org employee, citizen and gang member. (Using /try destroys bodycam and SSD)
9-Amir can use illegal weapons.
