Life Story:
Clown Verlice was born into a poor family. Her father died a long time ago. Living in poverty in the Sand Coast slum with her mother, she struggled to raise Clown and even died of hear failure illness. The death of her mother left Clown with pain and grief. Before she died, she made Clown swear to her that she would never show weakness and that she would make the world rich. After she was orphaned, she spent her childhood in an orphanage where she became a psychopath because no one really took care of her. she was acting crazy all the times broke a lot of rules in the orphanage and treated the kids very badly there some she bullied, some she mentally abused and the teachers could not keep up with her behavior so they decided it was for the best to send her to the psychiatrist and keep her there. but she did not feel like staying there so he escaped and lived on the streets where she met a guy named mihawk . They soon became best friends and could not last an minute with out seeing each other mihawk was a gang high command so he made Clown join the gang and thats where Clowns criminal life began she kidnapped people sold drugs, guns and even body organs.

her life changed when she discovers working with a gang called the Vagos, led by mihawk. she attacked an NG Soldire to show Vagos his ability to prove her worth to mihawk, and taught himself hand-to-hand combat and the use of weapons. Also, she's not afraid of anyone and is popular with those living in the city's domination for killing rival gangs from other gangs like BLOODS and Families. she has roles in most gangs and is hungry for money when she robs. At this point, CLOWN was more involved in killing and decided to sneak into the area, but suddenly one day she was arrested by NG SASD Units, received a fine she never received in her life, and spent months in jail. When she got out of jail he got into hiding for a couple of months and in mean time she was preparing fake documents to join NG after a couple of months she started working in NG to achieve the goals set by her mother. But she knew that NG salaries alone were not enough. So her inner old Clown is mentally tormenting her, so she decides to visit his old friends in "Vagos" where they convince her to be corrupt and keep selling guns, drugs, etc. while he's off work to achieve his goals and inner satisfaction.
Outcomes:
Clown can take bribes for giving infromation (up to 100k) (not getting myself taken/ no UB)
Clown can escape prisoner's for money (up to 100k)
Clown can rob and kill in ghetto with family and friends from connections within gangs (off duty)
Clown is able to try to break bodycams of his victims. (/try can only be used 2 times per situation)
Clown is allowed to use illegal weapons on duty and off duty and is allowed to take weapons off the floor
Clown allowed to sell goods at the Black Market ( Clown will not sell Organization weapons or any item belonging to the organization)
