1. Leader of... The Ballas
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1). Firstly, Ballas was the first organization that I joined upon entering the city. Out of the couple times that I have been a part of Ballas I've experienced the good importance and the bad moments. I had loads fun and plenty helpful experiences.
2). Secondly, as I briefly stated earlier, the leadership opportunities that i've got been given have allowed me to be fit this leadership position. I am one of the CEO's of my own family that swiftly became one of the best familes, and at now am currently turfer for Bloods. Throughout my time in any leaders position, the organization and that i have never recived a warning or been demorganed.
3). Finally, i'm a very ambitious person, I never leave something incomplete, I always strive for the best version of something and confirm I do my best to form it reach its full potential. I used to be raised to believe that anything and everything is feasible, and the only thing stopping you from seeing it complete is your own mental barriers. i think that this mentality will positively translate into the expanisation and development of the Organization as a full.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.
My advices for improving Roleplay level in this organization will be by adding different roleplay during robberies for example because if were being honest most gangs just give unrealistic demands or are just shooting on sight which is not even allowed. I would encourage good roleplay.
