My friends were sitting outside the hospital and this guy was harassing and blocking the car from leaving when approached and told to leave, he refused and then he proceeded to ram my friend twice and left the green zone and he wasn't RP at all.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report
- ID 38923 will receive a punishment for car ramming.
- Based on the evidence provided, it is clear the player 38923 intentionally car rammed and proceeded to flee after doing so. It is forbidden to car ram.
