First of all, I wish a good day to the entire management team. Of course it's true that I did ub driving and car ramming and I regret it. 5 minutes before the complaint proof, they said something about me in their own language, and I got angry because I didn't understand. At first I accidentally hit them with a car and apologized, but they didn't listen to me and kept saying vdm. It was impossible to communicate with them. It was night time so I got angry and crashed into their helicopter with a car. Then I got on my nerves and stopped bumping and walked away from the game. But the admin named Karl Ivanov punished me with Cl and deleted the illegal items on me. I sent him a respectful message. There's no rp situation, just because you didn't need to punish CL. The manager named Karl Ivanov respectfully replied to me and said that I was leaving the role. And I said that the people in the proof doing meta gaming , but he didn't give them any punishment. I am aware of my rule break and I am sorry. Good day to all the executive team.

Hello there I am, as you may know the admin who reviewed this particular forum. Anyway I am here too once again clarify my side of the story and the punishments I've issued.
For the MG:
The voice of the other person in the clip never changed in intensity and Volume leading me to believe that this was in IC conversations, never the less if it was IC the person already received a mute for mixing and adding onto that wouldn't have changed much as the punishments for both are the same. Regardless there was no MG involved due to his voice not changing in opacity as it usually does when switching voice channels, and because when in a heli in particular, the voice icon tends too not show when the FOV of the player is set too far enough too not see that he is talking. So for those reasons I did not punish for MG
For the CL:
You were in an RP situation and when they landed the heli and stopped the blades too confront you for the incecent carramming of their heli you CLed for whatever reason. As for the proof of them insulting you, you are more than welcome too make a forum report regarding that and if it checks out they will or will not be punished.
