Life Story:
Vishwa Born in uk, Until his teen years his life was going normal and peaceful like every other person like to live but Vishwa was bored of that life he wanted to do something more he got involved in criminal organizations and got wanted by Fib and LSPD even Army had sent their undercover officers to find him, while he was hiding from everyone one day Vishwa met Pablo Diablo he helped Vishwa to get his record cleaned (Wanted Star’s Removed) and became a law abiding citizen, Diablo made some fake IDs for Vishwa and cleared his records and that Vishwa can’t forget ever about Diablo’s support.
Career Story:
As of now Vishwa is enjoying being a part of National Guard but due to the salary plus extra money his getting, he had to choose the path which he left, his hard work paid off and he got promoted to commission officer and by that he has access to pretty much everything and give orders to others which they must follow to not get in any kind of trouble or disciplinary actions against them.
Outcomes:
1. Can let suspects go free if they're in his family or good friends and aid them in escaping.
2. Can take bribes.
3. Will use any gun, illegal or legal, on duty or off duty.
4. Will have illegal or legal guns in his car trunk.
5. Will buy and/sell illegal weapons in order to help his family and work.
6. Can rob/shoot people outside city. (Without breaking rp rules)
7. will be able to torture/Interrogate/kill for information by using truth serum, even lawyers. (with / Cmd)
8. Will be a part of any criminal activity like store robberies and hostage situations with his family/friends. (with mask on)
9. Can destroy devices like bodycam/radios (with / Cmd)
