Rejected Scammer and steal my account

Please I need help asap! This guy scammed me with 40 EUR and he stole my account and he changed the email and the password that was linked to my account and the email was "[email protected]" and the password was "Hesoyan4520s@@123" This guy is a scammer he offered me 10 million in grand rp in the game for 40 EUR but unfortunately he got my account and he took the money. Luckily I contact PayPal support they were very helpful and they refunded the money to me. But the guy still owns my account in the game and he blocked me from everywhere he sent me a cursing message in his mother language in discord from another account so please help me because he scammed me and he will scam people in-game too. This message is for whoever cares and I will be grateful if I get feedback for this case and I will be happy if i get the stolen account back. Best regards Garret.
