I've posted my words and proofs of the POV thats there was no meaning for scamming and since the guy has the first time exchanging even me its the first time for me im trying to explain and clear my situation here after Bill Austin rejected my complaint and grievance , I would like to look more into this and make an comfortable action for both players. We players have our rights to complaint and server stuff tries to investigate and try to hear from both sides before misjudging.

as in the pov Ididnt even know whats going on and he was explaining for me how to use the exchange . hes voice wasnt heard this a reason to reject his report , because it never meant to be a scam he accepted and he trying to guide me in this trade situation .

Theres no proof of the scam the exchange panel are here for a reason I dont handle any problems after he payed the money we deal and trade cars and accepted the trade.
theres no right for punishment theres no clue its a trade.

The trade is done this player is accusing me that I scammed him and I clear my name of this report, because It never meant to be what i say is the trade is done and its gone correctly thru the exchange panel as the other player told me.
