Life Story:
growing up in a small village in a shady area of South Africa, Marvin was no stranger to the site of corruption and watch how the honest everyday man-made nothing but a corrupt officer made tons of money. Growing up poor he wanted to make a difference for his family and earn lots of money. Marvin Joined the Local police force working as an honest man. He was not receiving the best salary due to his corrupt government. He tried so hard to fight the temptation of being corrupt as a way to make money but one day he could not resist the money. this led to a downward spiral in a life of crime for him. he was helping out nearby militia by accepting bribes and providing weapons.
1 year later he returned to his home village with riches but was surprised to see that his parents were not happy. They did not like the way he was getting money and instead Disowned him which led to a lot of depression. This led to him wanting to make things right and so he moved to a city in America in order to reform his life
Career Story:
When arriving in the new city, Marvin was excited to join the law enforcement. He joined SAHP and was immediately surprised by the site of no corruption. He stayed there for 2 months while climbing the ranks to lieutenant. He was then fired for having weapons in his vehicle that he was keeping for his brothers who lived nearby. This led to him being jobless. 1 week later he was approached by a member of the Bloods gang and offered a high position as a Clapper for them. Being desperate he accepted the job and in the coming 2 years, he would have killed over a dozen of leos and robbed many people. But despite the thrill of being a gang member he still missed being in a Legal org. He then Joined FIB which would change his life forever.
He started off as a junior agent and reached the ranks of Deputy of Human Resources, 00 agents, and Head of Human Resources. But shortly after he witnessed one of his agents being corrupt. He tried to report it but saw that the agent was not punished. Instead, people called him a snitch. 1 week later while on patrol with another agent, he arrested someone for robbery. The Man offered him 100k for him to be let free. Marvin fought hard to resist but the temptation was to strong, it brought back old habits of his old life!. He left FIB to join the Army (National Guard) to serve for his country. But as always history was doomed to repeat itself!
Outcomes:
1) Marvin can sell out info to anyone (Taking a bribe up to 100k).
2) Marvin can use heavy snipers while on duty in National Guard
3) Marvin can acquire more heavy snipers from contacts in the black market
4) Marvin can accept bribes from people(Up to 100k) and release if on National Guard Base
5) Marvin can perform illegal activities with his family while not on duty.
6) Marvin can attempt to destroy any Bodycam or audio evidence of his corruption (2X /try Command).
