2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I have previously been in other gangs as High Command (such as bloods) and I see myself fit for this role, I believe I have the experience and motivation to ensure that Ballas are consistently active at not only events but showing a presence in the ghetto at all times.
I would like to be leader of Ballas to improve roleplay and ensure it is to the highest quality possible. Sometimes gangs tend to be toxic and careless and I would bring this down to a minimum meaning the organization will be respected yet still feared. I think having this opportunity would create a whole new experience for gang members and whilst keeping roleplay to a good standard and following rules, it would be fun for everyone.
I was previously leader of an unofficial organization and managed my members throughout all events and never received a warning, I will continue to use similar tactics throughout the time of leading Ballas to ensure that the members are organized and follow rules at ALL times. Rules will always come before anything else and new members will be informed of all rules and driven towards success.
