Date and time of the event: 18/03/2023 19:30
The organization that is conducting the event: SAHP
The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event: We will start off by the hanger on the island where there will be one quadbike per person, all racers will have to race to the following location where there will only be 10 issi's, they will then race to the 3rd location where 3 BMX will be waiting.
the person who arrives first at the mansion with the BMX wins the race and takes the prize for his org.
Why this event: Will Improve the relationship between organizations
Role of Each Organization involved: Provide 5IDs & Race till the finish line
Other organizations involved: All organizations can participate
Vehicles/weapons needed: Need quadbike by the hanger, Issis by the first checkpoint, and BMX by 3rd location. No weapons are needed.
Admin Requirements: Spawn in people and cars. maybe some walls for directions.
Rules of the event: Stay on paths and must take all the steps
How is the event won? The first person to arrive at the mansion with a BMX
Prize for the winner: 500k to split 100k each for his org participants.
