Up on reviewing the evidences on both POVs, the previous conclusion was correct.
You have not pulled over the car to give demands and claim for GZ 1.3, you rammed the car which is already going to DOC.
And you dont have enough people to pull over a car and give demands to claim for GZ 1.3.
You also killed the person who is showing Fear RP as well. So the punishment was correct.​
