Life Story:
On February 2, 2003, Mohem Smiley was born in the city of Kabul, Afghanistan. They went to San Andreas and rented a home in Los Santos as soon as he was born. During their time in Los Santos, his mother became a nurse in Emergency Medical Services, while his father followed an entirely another career route. Gang members held his father at gunpoint during a robbery. The gang members offered him two options as they were robbing him: either they robbed him or he joined Ballas. His father made the decision to join the gang without telling his son or wife. In Los Santos, there is no turning back once you join a gang.
His dad would go out and commit crimes including robbing homes, individuals, and ATMs while his son was at high school and his wife was attending to her nursing duties. When his father made the decision to hold someone hostage, he was held accountable for holding a hostage, killing a law enforcement officer, avoiding arrest, and failing to comply. His mom and son were at home, concerned about where he was. They learned that their father was incarcerated for the crimes he committed after about a month when they received a call from the government.
Career Story:
Mohem joined the Los Santos Police Department 15 months later because he was furious that they had jailed his father and wanted to exact revenge. He eventually left the Los Santos Police Department and turned into a gangster because he wanted to engage in more illegal activity for more money. He was then captured by the police speeding through the city, accused of reckless driving, and put behind bars as a result.
After 30 months, he was finally set free. When he got out, he decided to be a cop again, but he wanted to experience something different this time, so instead of going back to the Los Santos Police Department, he decided to be in the San Andreas Highway Patrol. When he went to tell them he wanted to join, they looked him up and discovered Mohem had served time in jail, thus he was disqualified from joining the San Andreas Highway Patrol. At that point, he traveled to a different nation, and returned with new identification cards and a new identity. He also underwent cosmetic surgery to alter his appearance. Rizzo Smiley was now his new name. They then permitted him to work for the San Andreas Highway Patrol. After working there for 30 months, he was sacked and accused of corruption and possession of illegal weapons after being found with illegal firearms in his car.
In order to rejoin the Los Santos Police Department after his release from prison, he repeated the process as previously, but this time he changed his name to Massimo Smiley. He can now work for the Los Santos Police Department because he has changed his name and documents. He put in a lot of effort while employed by the Los Santos Police Department, which led to his promotion to captain.
Due to what happened to his father, he now wants to become a corrupt police officer in order to exact revenge on him and provide financial assistance for his mother.
Outcomes:
1- Massimo can accept bribes in cash (up to $100,000) or illegal goods in exchange for their release since he feels underpaid, was raised in a disadvantaged neighborhood and needs security. (can use darknet if already processed)
2- Massimo can use the /try command to delete his own ID due to his talent for deception and to avoid being recognized as Captain (max 2 per situation)
3- Massimo can lower, raise (up to $100,000), and/or remove fines and prison terms as he sees fit because, in his opinion, the rich don't pay their fair part, and the impoverished are frequently pressured into criminal action. (can use darknet if already processed)
4- Massimo can detain (for up to 25 minutes), torture, question, and/or assassinate any state official as a result of his thoughts about how the system failed him in the past. (incl. lawyers) (with valid RP reason)
5- Massimo can engage in any criminal behavior since it is monetarily attractive, and because he could use the money to aid the underprivileged or for himself.
6- Massimo can use the /try command twice to find and disable (hidden) bodycams thanks to his cunning.
7- Massimo can prevent himself or others from being implicated by killing them due to his need to go to great lengths to avoid getting caught. (with RP reason)
8- Massimo can take firearms and ammo from deceased criminals and trade them for goods on the black market because he believes that law enforcement personnel are grossly underpaid, he needs to be financially secure, and he wants to help those who are less fortunate. (no org weapons)
