We got a ban of 60 days from the general rule 1.8. My 12-year-old son plays the game generally. He didn't know this rule. The 60-day penalty is too much, I ask you to reduce our penalty to 1 or 2 weeks, my child is very upset, wouldn't you like to make a small child happy?

forth go to complaints about admins and assistants

finally type all the information needed with specifications in order to appeal your ban
and try not to lie cuz if u try to decieve admins you will get perm ban not 60 days and that time it wont be appealable
