2. Why do you want to be leader of this spesific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I have been HC in almost every org soon alot fail from bad leadership which i plan to change if i would get leader i want the most successful term with max numbers
consistent events with bonuses do promotions when needed if i was to get leader i would have the LEO fear us as we would be the most active gang in the city i already have alot of people who would join if i get leader.
-turfs i plan to have the best of the best on the turf team which i created a system for the turfers each time they win i will personally give bonus out of my own pocket to ensure the most active and best turf team so we can succeed and get 100% turfs.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
i will make sure all gang members know city rules as well as gang rules
-i will make sure they are using proper rp commands in rp scenarios
- will do consistent events to ensure the best roleplay as well as to keep max numbers
